With the development of the Internet and the proposal of the national research project-"Internet plus",the market and tourists group have also raised higher requirements for the marketing of tourism enterprises.This article,taking Zhisheng Hot Spring Resort for example,studys the tourism enterprises' marketing strategy under the background of "Internet plus",by the methods of questionnaire,interview,market information collection and so on.This article contains six parts.The first part illustrates the general framework of the research background?significance?method?route and structure.The second part,starting from the theoretical study,analyses the related theories of tourism marketing? "Internet plus" and the Hot spring industry.The third part mainly focuses on the marketing environment and marketing strategic objectives of Zhisheng Hot Spring Resort.The fourth part,according to the tourism marketing 4P theory,through the form of tourist questionnaire,employee interview,market information collection and so on,explains the marketing plans?tourist marketing needs of Zhisheng and the marketing strategies of other scenic spots,and puts forward the problems that exist in the current marketing strategy of Zhisheng.The fifth part puts forward the solution of the problems existing in the past marketing strategy,in order to achieve the goal of marketing strategy better for Zhisheng.The last part which is the conclusion,summarizes the whole research content and process of this article,and puts forward the corresponding shortcomings and future research directions.Overall,the article through the Zhisheng company's in-depth understanding,combined with the company's current market environment,studys the shortage of the company's previous marketing strategy and puts forward some suggestions which will be more in line with the market and more suitable for the tourists,so as to promote the healthy development of the company.
