An Analysis Of The Location Selection Of Chinese Enterprises' Foreign Direct Investment From The Perspective Of Global Value Chains

Foreign direct investment in China has developed rapidly in recent years,by2015,China's foreign direct investment in the stock at $1.09876 trillion,flow rate of$145.67 billion,up 18.3% from a year earlier,distributed in 188 countries and regions in the world,to cover over eighty percent of the investment,to become the world's second-largest country foreign direct investment.Although not outward foreign direct investment in China has developed rapidly,but and foreign direct investment in the scale of development is of investment location research in our country,especially in the global value chain research also is insufficient,the analysis of the location factors of foreign direct investment still lack,and the argument is also very limited.Research location selection has always been an important direction of fdi research,and is also a key point of fdi research.This paper firstly combed the on value chain and the foreign direct investment on the source of the location choice of some related theories,then explains the global value chain and the relationship between foreign direct investment location choice,and taking an example of China's geely automobile has analyzed our country foreign direct investment in the direction of the layout of the global value chain;Then,using a large amount of data,charts and pictures to illustrate the history and current situation of foreign direct investment in China,analyses the regional distribution of foreign direct investment in China's present situation,the current industry distribution and its layout in the value chain the status quo,the analysis summarizes several main problems faced in the foreign direct investment.Next,in combination with the concrete practice in our country,systematic and comprehensive analysis of the influence factors on the locational selection of Chinese outward foreign direct investment under the basis of using Eviews7.2 measurement software,select the 30 countries in 2006-2015 data,according to the different factors in different industries demand is divided into three kinds of data,and general influence factors in each group of data selection and specific factors to set up and the interpretation of the variables,the direct investment to China to flow to be explained variable,respectively,panel data model is established for each set of data,and eachrespectively analyzing fixed effects model,it is concluded that different model in its corresponding influence factors on investment location choice under the action of the influence of different level.Finally,the policy Suggestions based on the global value chain based on the global value chain are proposed from the government,enterprises and two aspects.
