The partnership system is one of the oldest forms of organization,originally originated in medieval Europe,and the "Kang Meng Da" is regarded as the rudiment of partnership system.The modern legal sense of partnership,refers to a natural person,legal person and other organizations in accordance with the law of partnership enterprise established a partnership,often for the number of shareholders of accounting firms,law firms,consulting companies and other non-listed company with less.But in recent years,more and more companies begin to use the partner system as an internal management and incentive means,including Alibaba,Vanke and other well-known listed companies.Under this background,many companies began to try to change the way of thinking,the short-term employment relationship between the occupation managers and shareholders into long-term partnership relation,realizing benefit sharing,risk sharing,solving the inconsistency problem.In addition,a part of the company through the partner system will control the company and re distribution,solve the problem of asymmetric information,as HUAWEI founder Ren Zhengfei said "the command over to the nearest person".The emergence of a partner system is to solve the traditional corporate governance structure under the separation of ownership and control agent,between the shareholders and the occupation managers due to the asymmetric information,the target is inconsistent,incomplete contract,easily lead to adverse selection and moral risk.Some scholars pointed out that the four major problems of corporate governance in China: the "dominance" of the ownership structure is not reasonable,control state as the controlling shareholder of the internal cause,external governance mechanism is not mature,the public investors and creditors is difficult to play a supervisory role,and "occupation managers" responsibility is limited;there are scholars put forward the controlling shareholder changes frequently,dragged down by management.With the increasing degree of Internet development and the explosion of knowledge and information in recent years,the self-awareness of the employees is also awakening,the traditional enterprise management mode and incentive system gradually reveals some weakness,natural disadvantages of employment system also began to constantly exposed,these problems have led to a continuing decline in employees' sense of belonging,working enthusiasm,and creativity,how to achieve more efficient and reasonable employee motivation in the new era is becoming a new management problem in the era of knowledge Internet.The T company in this article has come to this stage in the process of enterprise development,and also encountered some similar problems.And the business partner is an innovative enterprise management model that has just emerged in China in recent years.I think it is in line with the present spirit of sharing,it is not only a simple equity incentive,but also to reconstruct the ecology of the whole enterprise management,arousing the protagonist consciousness of the employees,tearing off the label of "worker" on employees and completing the change of employees' identity from "worker" to "business partner".It is an ecological management mechanism for the lifecycle of a particular group of employees in the enterprise.This thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the background,significance,content,framework,specific methods and the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review of the contents of this article.The third chapter is to explain the specific concept,origin and pattern classification of the system of enterprise partners in China,and select the specific case of enterprise to analyze its several main development modes,a deep contrast study is carried out to further summarize the enlightenment and thoughts on the reform of the management system of T company.The fourth chapter introduces the related situations of T company,And according to the problems existing in the actual operation and management process of T company,the necessity and feasibility of implementing the reform of the management model of enterprise partners in T company is analyzed.The fifth chapter will come to the conclusion through the research and analysis of the previous two chapters,according to the actual situation of T company,this paper designs a concrete plan for the reform of the enterprise partner system in T company.The sixth chapter is the application practice of T company's business partner system.It analyzes the related situations and specific problems of the company in the implementation of the system,and also summarizes the reference significance of T company's partner system reform to other enterprises.The seventh chapter is the conclusion of this article.In this chapter,in addition to summarizing the main conclusions of this study,we also make some suggestions for further improvement of the business partner system.
