The knowledge economy has risen in the rapid development of the Internet. The traditional corporate governance model can not meet the long-term development of the current enterprise to a certain extent. Some problems have gradually emerged.Creating a shared but unshared governance model will easily lead to enterprises. When the crisis occurred in a crisis,a new type of corporate governance model, the business partner system, came into being. The system can not only achieve the goal of risk sharing in the traditional mode, but also to a certain extent can dilute the concept of professional managers working for shareholders in the past, adhere to the human core,to a certain extent, will eliminate the centrifugal phenomenon during the crisis period; In addition, the business partner system emphasizes team competence, decentralized structure and flat management. It is beneficial to retain core talents and stimulate the spirit of struggle, and forms a complementary wisdom for enterprises. Many companies have seen these advantages of business partners and have begun to try new institutional reforms. However, the "business partner system" is at least still in the exploratory stage, and there are still some shortcomings that need to be continuously improved. This paper first describes the background meaning, literature review, research methods and content framework of the topic, and then expounds the related concepts and theoretical foundations of the business partner system, and then implements the process of the business partner system and the design elements behind it.Introduce the introduction, then analyze and explain the case company and the motivation behind the implementation of the business partner system, and finally analyze the effect and expound the conclusion and inspiration of the article. This paper selects Vanke as the case study object, mainly studies the reasons for Vanke's implementation of the business partner system and the impact on the company after the implementation. The study finds that there are internal and external motivations behind Vanke's implementation of the business partner system, and its own equity structure has long been in existence. The highly dispersed situation has caused the company's control power to be unstable;the incentive effect has been less than ideal;the brain drain;the lack of investment and financing channels in overseas markets, etc. In order to improve these issues,Vanke has adopted projects such as investment and shareholding plans. The implementation of the business partner system, after the reform of the system,we can find that Vanke's shareholding structure has been improved to some extent, but it has not fundamentally solved the problem of highly dispersed equity;for the project and investment plan,to a certain extent, employees It has produced an incentive effect to enhance its enthusiasm for enterprise development;professional managers also have certain incentives for risk sharing and interest-linked to themselves;Vanke's growth ability and ability to obtain cash have also been improved. Therefore,it can be seen that the implementation of the business partner system has played a positive role in Vanke in general, but it still needs continuous exploration and improvement.
