In many human resources incentives,the role of promotion is not questioned,and can not be replaced.With the integration of Internet,technology and industry knowledge update iteration to speed up and vigorously promote the reform of state-owned enterprises in recent years,most companies began restructuring,merger,restructuring and upgrading,constantly adjust the organizational structure or management,more and more people are facing the lack of promotion,lack of promotion has become a lot of employee occupation in the process of development normal.What impact does the absence of promotion have on organizational commitment and job satisfaction?What changes can be made if the compensation is increased and the compensation is increased?This study selected X's lack of promotion staff as the object of study,according to the causes of the lack of promotion will be promoted to lack of lack of three types for lack of opportunity,incompetence and motivation,selection of organizational commitment and job satisfaction as an outcome variable,the salary increases as the adjustment variable,construct a theoretical model.Using the 175 survey data,to empirically test the research hypothesis,finally put forward the lack of promotion incentives,which made the team ownership,payment options,enjoy excess profits into shared development proposals for the company to resolve the problem of the lack of promotion.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,focusing on the background,significance and research ideas of the topic.The second part reviews the lack of promotion related issues,including the promotion of incentives,career barriers,coping with career plateau strategy,career stagnation governance.The third part puts forward the research model and theoretical hypothesis,and explains the design of questionnaire and the acquisition of data.The fourth part is empirical analysis,through effective data collection and screening tests,the results show that there is a greater negative impact on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees who lack of promotion,income increase can eliminate or alleviate the negative influence.The fifth part is the summary and discussion,according to the study results of the lack of promotion staff incentives,help X managers to eliminate the negative impact of lack of staff promotion problems on the management of the company,finally pointed out the deficiencies of this study and future research directions.
