Work values, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are very hot topics in academic world, the work values of employees has important influent for their work oriented, great job satisfaction and organizational commitment. China’s new generation of employees are growing up in a special period with distinctive characteristics of the times, when they are growing rapidly to be the backbones of each enterprise, it becomes significant important for an enterprise to know their work values, which can effectively improve their work enthusiasm, promote the work performance, and to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise.As an industry which attracted more and more young generations, Internet Advertising Industry are growing fast by it is timeliness, interactive and precision. In order to achieve a better understanding of work values of the new generation employees, this paper selected an advertising company A to do the research, from four dimensions:work values, job orientation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, by the questionnaire design and investigation, the analysis indicates that, in the enterprise, work values determines the staff orientation, different orientation lead to different concentrate and attitude, which appeared in the job satisfaction. Employees in the job satisfaction of comfort zone and pressure zone, the behavior and cognition will be different, which determines the employees to continue engage to work or now, which is organizational commitment. The research can help companies like A to build an effective human resources management and early warning system. For an enterprise, in the selection of talent and effective management of the new generation employees has very practical value.According to the research results, A company proposed new method in new employee management, that is, clear strategy target, construct enterprise culture, transfer the management role, improve human resources management value, harmonious interpersonal relationship management. Hoping it can become a great practice for Internet advertising industry new employee management and to be expansion broadly.
