In the new economic conditions,culture has become the soul of the enterprise.If the enterprise wants to develop and gain an invincible position in the competition,they must attach great importance to the construction of corporate culture,give full play to the role of corporate culture in the market competition.This paper begins with the basic theory of corporate culture construction,then based on summing up the experience,explores the existing problem in the process of construction of corporate culture with Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group Company(YMCI)as the object,and finally points out the future direction of enterprise culture construction.This paper combs the basic concept of corporate culture and mainly introduces the primary theories of corporate culture research,such as organizational culture theory,cro ss-cultural management,functionalism and value theory,which provides theoretical sup port for the research of the paper.This paper also explores the force of corporate culture construction in the sustainable development by taking YMCI corporate culture as an ex ample,combined with the reality of YMCI corporate culture construction,mainly analy zes the corporate culture problems existing in YMCI.At last,it puts forward some target ed solution ideas.With the combination of theory and case analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:Firstly,there are both universal laws and individual differences in the construction of enterprise culture.Therefore,the implementation must be closely related to the realities of enterprise to advance without blindly copying.Secondly,construction of enterprise culture is essentially key to management,and enters into production and operation management to promote the development of the enterprise,so as to realize"cultural management" is the essential requirement and the ultimate mission of the construction of enterprise culture.Thirdly,the basis of enterprise culture construction is to firmly grasp the staff team building and strengthen the cultural identity,through internalizing in the heart,solidifying in the system,and externalizing in behavior the advanced concepts of value are transformed into employee's consciousness and behavior,realizing the harmonious development of enterprise and employees.Fourthly,the construction of enterprise cultures an overall and basic work concerning the long-term development of the enterprise,so the enterprise must strengthen organizational leadership,form a unified work pattern,adhere to the scientific method and focus on assessment and evaluation.
