In the process of national economic development,financial enterprises play an increasingly prominent role.However,due to the influence of many factors,such as imperfect overall governance structure and short modernization development time of financial enterprises in China,the construction of corporate culture still has great room for improvement and potential for improvement.WX Group attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise culture in its development process,and has initially formed an enterprise culture system with its own characteristics.However,the existing corporate culture has been unable to meet the actual needs of the company's development,the company's development strategy to provide increasingly declining support.Based on the above situation,it is undoubtedly of great practical significance and theoretical value to systematically and deeply study the basic status quo of the group's corporate culture,find out the objective existing problems and provide targeted optimization schemes.The main research of this paper is as follows: Firstly,the background of this topic is elaborated,the current situation of its development at home and abroad is clearly indicated,and the corresponding methods and core innovation points are proposed pertinently.Then,it mainly summarizes the company's internal culture,diagnosis,construction status and other basic knowledge;Third,it analyzes the development status of the domestic financial industry,USES PEST analysis method to analyze the current situation and environment of the industry development,and USES SWOT analysis method to clarify the development advantages and disadvantages of the industry as well as various threats and opportunities it faces.Fourth,a questionnaire survey was conducted for the development of the enterprise.After obtaining the first-hand data,the samples were summarized.It was found that in the aspect of behavioral culture construction elements of WX Group,employees' standard of behavior and the overall learning atmosphere of the enterprise scored relatively low,and the evaluation result was "poor".In terms of the elements of spiritual culture construction,the score of employees' cognition of corporate spiritualculture is relatively low,and the evaluation result is "poor".In terms of the elements of institutional culture construction,the score of the planning and implementation of cultural construction and the system of personnel construction is relatively low,and the evaluation result is "poor".In the aspect of material culture construction elements,the score of enterprise culture publicity related facilities is relatively low,and the evaluation result is "poor".This reflects that in the work of building corporate culture of WX Group,there are related problems in the above-mentioned work.Based on the qualitative analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the problems related to the corporate culture construction of WX Group are the mere formality of the spiritual culture construction,the imperfect institutional culture construction,the lack of specific measures for the behavioral culture construction,and the insufficient publicity of material culture construction.Fourthly,according to the specific problems of WX Group's cultural construction,the project design is carried out from the aspects of spiritual culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture and material culture,etc.,and the implementation of the corporate culture plan of WX Group is put forward.The specific implementation process is divided into the promotion and guidance period,promotion and consolidation period and evaluation and adjustment period.Finally,the guarantee measures for the design of WX Group's corporate culture construction scheme are proposed.From the perspective of organizational guarantee,it is suggested that a diversified assessment team should be set up and the work of the assessment team should be planned.From the perspective of fund guarantee,it is suggested that we should design the budget system of guarantee fund and strengthen the design of fund use system.From the perspective of system guarantee,the basic law of corporate culture management should be formulated and the work of corporate culture management should be supervised.From the perspective of personnel security,it is suggested that we should do a good job in personnel cultural training and pay attention to the excavation and use of professional talents.The above measures are expected to provide a more reliable guarantee for the smooth development of WX Group's cultural construction.
