With the rapid development of social economy and science technology,the external environment faced by enterprises has undergone drastic changes,the market balance has been continuously broken,and the original stable environment of enterprises has ceased to exist.The emergence of the organizational dynamic capability theory explains how the organization obtains the source of sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic environment,provides the corporate organization a growth path and method for the evolution and development,and has become a key issue in the field of strategic management research.From the perspective of the dynamic capability theory,this paper explores the effect of organizational dynamics on organizational performance based on the NK model simulation experiment method.NK model is a structural simulation method evolved from evolutionary biology.It can be used to simulate the complex relationship in the organization and management,and analyze the influence of organizational elements on organizational performance.This paper innovatively uses the NK model to study the issue of organizational dynamic capabilities,and proposes a complete theoretical construction and simulation program in the study.It extends the original theoretical boundary and provides new research methods as a reference.This paper summarizes the related theory of organizational dynamics and proposes four sets of research propositions on the influence of dynamic capabilities on organizational performance.It uses computer simulation,statistical analysis,and case studies to conduct in-depth research and obtains the following conclusions:(1)The influences of organizational resource base on organizational performance is not significant,but the prominent organizational resource base can provide organizations with a position advantage to enhance organizational performance;(2)The organizational capability to sense opportunities divided into short-term and long-term,The capability of short-term opportunity-sensing focus on improving the effectiveness of current decisions,which is beneficial to the efficiency of organizational change but may cause the organization to miss long-term development opportunities,while the long-term opportunity-sensing capability emphasizes the strategic opportunities for the long-term development of the organization;(3)The organizational capability of reconfigure and transforming on the one hand can provide the organization more change flexibility and decision-making space,thus enhancing the organization's ability to adapt to the external environment.On the other hand,it will deepen the organization's investment costs and time for change.Therefore,the influence on organizational performance should be comprehensively taken into account such factors as cost and time.(4)The organizational capability of opportunity-seizing is conducive to the organization's transformation and utilization of external opportunities,thereby improving organizational efficiency and organizational performance.(5)The environmental complexity has no effect on the organization's resource base and organizational performance,and has a positive regulatory effect on organizational dynamic capabilities and organizational performance.
