In the era of the new economy,enterprises must have the ability to realize theireconomic values from their assets of knowledge and information.However,despite ofthe competitive necessity of becoming a knowledge-based organization, manyenterprises found it difficult to organize learning effectively in practice.In order toelaborate the influence that successful organizational learning will bring to enterprisesand the preconditions that can make the organizational leaning successful,this researchexamines the constituons of th effective organizational learning capabilities,anddiscusses the relationship between firm performance and organizational learning fromthe perspective of organizational learning capabilities.Hopefully,his research canprovide a theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises to carry out organizationallearning effectively.In this paper, starting from research ideas, first of all, we focus on a lot ofliterature review on selected independent variables, mediating variables and thedependent variable, learning team to discuss and summarize important concepts, thenclear the theoretical basis of this article, and summed up the study of the role ofmechanism. Secondly, for the first phase of the proposed theoretical concepts, ourmentor organize with team members to discuss the proposed conceptual model of thisarticle. On the basis of reading in the literature, we put forward the theoreticalassumptions for the conceptual model,designing and distribution of the questionnaire,and returned questionnaires for data entry. Then, we detailedly analysis of the data bydata analysis software. Finally, after giving the results of the analysis, the researchteam summarized and put forward research proposals.Based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis in this paper, weuse large-scale survey and get the following important conclusions after data recoveryand data processing. Firstly, this paper test and verify a model of enterpriseorganizational learning capabilities and organizational ambidexterity and firmperformance, which put forward by this study, confirming the applicability of thismodel in the Chinese scenario, organizational learning capabilities on organizational ambidexterity are significant positive correlation relationship. secondly, organizationallearning capabilities on firm performance are significant positive correlationrelationship; organizational ambidexterity on firm performance are significant positivecorrelation relationship; Thirdly, organizational ambidexterity plays partialintermediary role on organizational learning capabilities and firm performance. Andplays regulatory role on organizational learning capabilities and organizationalambidexterity and firm performance.
