In recent years, with the reform of the ownership structure of commercial banks, the process of equity diversification has accelerated significantly. The nineteen major reports put forward that we should unswervingly promote the reform of the financial system, enhance the ability of the financial services to serve the real economy, improve the direct financial ratio, and promote the healthy development of the multi-level capital market.Credit risk is the primary risk faced by commercial banks, which seriously affects the daily operation of commercial banks. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of commercial banks' equity structure on credit risk,to analyze the nature and connotation of commercial banks' equity, and to optimize the ownership structure and the control of credit risk.Righteousness.The theory and research foundation of this paper is based on the theory of the ownership structure and the credit risk theory of commercial banks, that is to recognize that the ownership concentration and ownership nature of commercial banks will have a certain influence on the credit risk, and then the mechanism of the commercial bank's ownership structure to the credit risk is clarified. Then it describes and analyzes the structure of the commercial banks before and after the stock reform, uses the annual data of the commercial banks for 2005-2016 years, uses the bad loan rate to measure the credit risk, and uses the dual difference model to empirically study the influence of the equity reform on the credit risk of the commercial banks, and then put forward the time for the reform of the stock right. The previous year, the effect of other factors on the credit risk of commercial banks was examined, and the robustness test was carried out,and then the factors affecting the credit risk of commercial banks in China were analyzed. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the theoretical and empirical results. It is found that the bank's credit risk can be significantly reduced by the reform of the commercial banks, and it is still significant under the robustness test. The policy effect of the reform of the equity structure has been delayed for about 2 years in the time. The first big shareholder shareholding ratio in commercial banks has a positive "U" relationship with the credit risk. After the reform, the proportion of state ownership is positively related to the credit risk of commercial banks. The innovation of this paper is to clarify the mechanism of the commercial bank's ownership structure on the credit risk, and use the dual difference model to verify the impact of the ownership structure reform on the credit risk, and then analyze the influencing factors. This is a further exploration of the impact of the commercial bank's equity structure on the credit risk.
