Farmers currently prevailing funding needs of strong, but farmers still difficult to assess credit risk, the credit risk of microfinance has become the main factors affecting financial institutions lending decisions. At the same time, the proportion of farmers’ diversified increased year by year, and the degree of concurrently industry gradually deepened, thus the formation of different types of farmers, directly affect their credit behavior, thereby affecting the repayment of loans that the credit risk of credit farmers to change. In view of this, based on the perspective of different types of farmers, the research of rural microfinance credit risk factors for achieving healthy and sustainable development has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper includes a total of seven chapters: The first chapter is the introduction, this section mainly introduces the research background, research presentation purposes, domestic and international research trends, research ideas and methods and other aspects. The second chapter describes the theory of microfinance and defines the division of household types, and from farmers individual characteristics, family resources endowment characteristics, household loans and credit status characteristics cognitive features four aspects identified credit risk of microfinance factors. the third chapter of microfinance credit risk the status quo and problems of farmers were analyzed. The fourth chapter is the data sources and variable settings will be described, and descriptive statistics. The fifth chapter is empirical analysis about microfinance different types of credit risk factors, first of all, using of Logistic model to explore the microfinance credit risk factors of different types of households, and then differences relationship and hierarchy in microfinance credit risk factors of different types of households were analyzed with ISM. The sixth chapter is variance analysis of the microfinance credit risk factors of various types of households. The seventh chapter puts forward policy recommendations. For credit institutions internal risk control mechanism and external environment, make relevant policy recommendations, seek to promote healthy and sustainable development of microfinance.The results showed that:(1) Farmer’ type differentiation would to some extent weaken the credit risk, there was a negative correlation between credit risk and the degree of farmers’ differentiation. That is credit risk is successively reduced in pure-agricultural farmers, type of agriculture-industry farmers, type of industry-agriculture farmers and non-farmers household;(2) different types of households microfinance credit risk is a complex system with a hierarchical structure composed by different factors determined;(3) factors of microfinance credit risk are at different levels, the influence factors both function independently, and interrelated together to effects on rural microfinance credit risk. Among them, the root causes of pure-agricultural farmers’ credit risk is the family’s arable land, gender, age, the root causes of agriculture-industry farmers’ credit risk is farmers age and professional skills to master, and the root causes of industry-agriculture farmers’ credit risk is education for farmers and lending rates;(4) under the type of heterogeneity in farmers, the same influence of different factors microfinance credit risk is also different.
