With the implementation and landing of innovative driving strategy,both the opportunities and challenges facing the enterprise coexist.Only constant innovation and spiraling are the key elements and motivation for many enterprises to maintain the core competitive advantage.The corporate R&D center is the core organization of enterprise technological innovation and achievement transformation.Science and technology innovation talents,as the carrier of human capital of R&D centers,are the principal part of corporate science and technology innovation.Based on the company's resource-based theory,human capital,as the strategic resource for technological innovation,is the most fundamental driving factor for enhancing science and technology innovation capabilities and acquiring core competitive advantages.Therefore,the influence of the exert of human capital value attribute of R&D center on scientific and technological innovation ability can not be ignored.Looking at the existing research,some scholars discussed the influence of human capital on science and technology innovation capabilities extensively.However,the findings of the study are different and lack of in-depth analysis of its deeper internal mechanism.At the same time,the neglect of the spillover effect exists.Based on this,this paper focuses on the core issue of "the influence of human capital in R&D center on science and technology innovation capabilities".Through theoretical analysis and literature review,the following specific research questions are proposed.Firstly,how is the direct influence of human capital of R&D center on science and technology innovation capabilities? Secondly,what are the moderating effects of government innovation support and the external technology acquisition model in the relationship between human capital in R&D centers and science and technology innovation capabilities? Thirdly,is there a space spillover effect on the science and technology innovation capability of enterprises? How is the regional spillover effect of human capital in R&D center on science and technology innovation capabilities?In view of the above research questions,this paper firstly puts forward the research hypotheses and constructs the theoretical model by theoretical analysis and literature review.Then,based on panel data of related variables of industrial enterprises,under the guidance of empirical research design,this paper use Stata software to conduct classical regression analysis and spatial regression analysis respectively to verify the hypothesis through empirical analysis.Finally,this paper draws main conclusions and management revelations,and points out the research insufficiency and follow-up research direction.The main conclusions are as follows.Firstly,Corporate R&D center human capital can promote overall and two-stage science and technology innovation capabilities.Secondly,government innovation support policy plays a significant positive moderating effect between human capital in R&D center and science and technology innovation capabilities,while external technology acquisition model plays a significant negative moderating effect.Thirdly,the capability of science and technology innovation has a significant spatial spillover effect,and the human capital of R&D centers has a significant spatial spillover effect on science and technology innovation capabilities.This paper has the following aspects of innovation points in the theoretical and empirical research.Firstly,based on the perspective of the innovation value chain,a systemic model of the influence of human capital of R&D center on science and technology innovation capabilities is proposed.Compared with the existing researches,this study locates human capital in the level of R&D center.According to the theory of innovation value,the research divides the capability of science and technology innovation into the stage of technology development and science and technology transformation,enriching related research achievements of the influence of human capital on science and technology innovation capability.Secondly,from the perspective of government innovation support policy and external technology acquisition model,the paper clarifies the boundary conditions that human capital of enterprise R&D center influences the capability of science and technology innovation,and reveal moderating effects of government innovation support policies and external technology acquisition model.Thirdly,based on the micro-enterprise level,spatial econometric model is introduced to clarify the spatial spillover effect of enterprise's science and technology innovation capability,and to reveal the spatial spillover effect of human capital on science and technology innovation capabilities scientifically,which expand the existing relational theory model.
