Study On The Influence Of Science And Technology Finance On Provincial Regional Innovation Capability In China

China has entered a new historical journey of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,innovation is always the first driving force for development.The19 th national congress of the CPC has proposed six tasks to build a modern economic system which including accelerating the construction of an innovative country.As an important measure of regional innovation strength,regional innovation capability is the decisive factor of regional core competitiveness.Of all regions and the whole of China,financial support from science and technology is needed to a great extent at all stages of scientific and technological innovation.and its improvement cannot be separated from financial support and promotion.Therefore,to give full play to the driving role of science and technology finance in regional innovation capacity and to build a strong developing country with independent innovation power is an important hot issue in the new stage of socialist development.Under the time background of innovation-driven development,the study researches and analysis the influence of science and technology on regional innovation capability based on spatial panel data model with 30 provinces and cities area in China(not including Tibet)as object.The specific work is as follows: first of all,summarizes and analyze that current research of regional innovation capability and science and technology finance in China and abroad,and introduces relevant concepts and basic theory.Secondly,constructs the regional innovation ability evaluation index system,collects the relevant date of 30 provinces and regions from 2006 to 2014,evaluates the regional innovation capability by using the entropy topsis method in order to analysis the current development of regional innovation capability.Then,tests the spatial correlation of regional innovation ability by exploratory spatial data analysis which is including global Moran's I and local Moran's I.On this basis,constructs spatial panel data model with four components of technology finance,analyzes the influence of the innovation capability of science and technology finance area from the perspective of space.Finally,with the results of panel data analysis,this paper provides countermeasures for science and technology finance to improve regional innovation capability.
