With the development of globalization and regional economic integration,the overall production and operation environment of the agricultural industry has undergone tremendous changes,the market has placed higher demands on agricultural enterprises,and agricultural enterprises must undergo transformation and upgrading in order to break the bottleneck in the fierce competition.In the complex and changeable economic environment,there were some problems such as low operational efficiency,management capacity needs to be improved,corporate development strategies need to be adjusted,and future development goals should be more explicit and so on which exsited in Chinese enterprises.Transformation and upgrading are the necessary requirement for the historical mission and new competitive advantage of the new era of Chinese agricultural enterprises.In the face of the task of transformation and upgrading,the agricultural enterprises should not only improve their own management ability in an all-round way,but also gain insight into the latest trend of the development of domestic and foreign agricultural enterprises.The BPR(Corporate Process Reengineering)theory is an effective tool for the complete transformation of agricultural enterprises at the present stage,it emphasizes the fundamental rethinking and redesign of the business process,thus maximizing the interests of the enterprise in the aspects of cost,quality,service and efficiency.The BPR theory which focuses on the optimization of the internal management mode and the best effect of the business process,but it pays more attention to the internal management of the enterprise,and overall trend of the development of the enterprise's external agricultural development was less involved in it.Based on the theoretical basis of enterprise process reengineering and the overall analysis of the operating environment of the agricultural enterprise,the whole operation process of Tianjin Minzhong Eco-Agriculture Development Co.,Ltd be analyed in this paper,the problems which existed in the business process be pointed out,and the key process of the existing problems be rebuilt combined with the development strategy of the enterprise,and the plan of enterprise process reengineering also be put forward in this paper.And the deep reasons that affect the enterprise's decision making and the low management efficiency be further analyzed in this in order to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the future transformation and upgrading,namely,to grasp the latest situation of the industry and to improve the level of the decision of the enterprise development.Pay attention to the application of modern enterprise management technology in the production and operation of enterprises,optimize the management mode of enterprises,and improve the management level;increase investment in scientific and technological innovation,introduce and cultivate high-level technical talents,and improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises;strengthen the integration of the 123 industry,improve the value of the company's industrial chain;create a good corporate culture atmosphere and improving the soft strength of enterprise competition.
