XX enterprises through the construction of professional personnel, improve the ability of technical research and development, the introduction of advanced production management system, redesigning business processes and process system the job such as construction, realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Repairing for shipping service industry, in2002,China shiprepair market in a good development trend, domestic several major repairing factories all achieve the performance of substantial growth, the first half of2006XX enterprise sales revenue is more than the same period last year increased by more than30%. However, repairing itself is a low-tech industries, low threshold of market access, belong to labor concentrated model, all parts of the country a time greatly small shipyard blossom everywhere, and southeast of the shipyard is developing rapidly, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, some manufacturers use their small size, and low cost advantages to make price war greatly, market is unusually cruel.The traditional enterprise management mode of participation in international competition of enterprises produced apparent disorder, function is not clear or vacuum, to the enterprise development process management encountered a bottleneck.This paper is based on the current hot topic of business reengineering on XX enterprise strategic restructuring and optimization of business process to conduct the practice research, it not only for business management provide a new management thought and mode of thinking, but also brought a new revolution.
