Research On Financing Risk Management Of J Co.Ltd

The fund-raising activities of enterprises are mainly to maintain the operation and development of enterprises,and provide financial support for the daily operation of enterprises.Under the unpredictable market conditions,under the increasingly fierce competition conditions of enterprises,the enterprises may appear the mistake of decision making and poor operation,which makes the use rate of raising funds very unknown,and the risk of raising funds arises at the historic moment.In business activities,timely identification and prevention and control play an important role in financing management.J is a group company that produces and sells photovoltaic products and diversified investments.It is representative in group companies.This paper takes J company's financing status as an example to make in-depth analysis of its financing risks.Based on the theoretical knowledge of financing risk,this paper uses F score model and financial leverage coefficient to identify and analyze the financing risk of J company.The main reasons for the risk of fund raising in J company:(1)liquidity risk;(2)the repayment of risk;(3)financing structure risk;(4)equity financing risk.The main problems of J company in financing management are:(1)lack of awareness of management risk;(2)lack of identification of financing risk;(3)lack of practical financing plan;(4)lack of a system of control over the management of funds.According to the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated:(1)reinforcing risk awareness;(2)improving the early warning mechanism of financing risk and improving the ability of risk identification;(3)establish a financing structure consistent with the development of the enterprise;(4)establish a risk prevention mechanism.By studying the financing risk management of J company,we can provide some valuable references for the whole photovoltaic industry group company.
