With the continuous liberalization of China's medical market and the gradual deepening of the reform of the medical system,a large number of transnational pharmaceutical enterprises have entered the domestic market.When multinational pharmaceutical companies enter the Chinese market,they need not only adapt to the environment of China's medical reform,but also adapt to the reform of the current medical system.Multinational pharmaceutical companies,the traditional mode adopted by the academic promotion will may face the challenge of the water or competition,therefore,multinational pharmaceutical companies need to objective analysis of China's pharmaceutical market,to upgrade the existing marketing model transformation,in order to achieve development in the fierce market competition advantage.In this paper,BY using the pharmaceutical company as the research object,the paper designs the transformation scheme of the marketing model of hepatitis c products in the northwest region BY using the literature analysis method,investigation and analysis and comparative analysis.First,BY analyzing the current situation of China's current c products as well as BY pharmaceutical companies to carry out the marketing mode analysis of the situation,found BY pharmaceutical companies marketing model new reform result in potential legal risks,lack of academic promotion mode innovation,unable to better meet customer demand,the promotion insufficient professional knowledge and information popularization and application.Secondly,it analyzes the marketing environment of hepatitis c products that the pharmaceutical company is currently facing.In this article,through PEST macro environment and 4 cs customer demand and five competition model of the micro environmental analysis,combining with the market BY pharmaceutical companies are now facing opportunities and challenges,used the SWOT analysis BY pharmaceutical company's marketing model transformation strategy.Propose the transformation plan of marketing mode of BY pharmaceutical company.BY the marketing mode of pharmaceutical company,the marketing mode is mainly based on the academic promotion mode,which is supplemented BY the media promotion model.And academic promotion mode choice,mainly through their own academic team manner through academic promotion to promote customer familiarity of HCV drugs BY pharmaceutical company,and can use the promotion to understand customer requirements for product real,at the same time so as to media promotion way for the enterprise brand image promotion effect,in order to achieve the propaganda BY pharmaceutical companies c effects of new drugs.Finally from perfecting the internal marketing management,senior management accountability,establish marketing team motivation between departments to strengthen coordination,which offer the guarantee on the capital marketing model transformation scheme of the implementation of the safeguard measures.This article through to BY pharmaceutical companies marketing model transformation plan design research,puts forward the main conclusion and research results to promote multinational pharmaceutical companies marketing although there will be some reference value,but there are still some limitations.With the rapid development of marketing theory and Internet,new marketing mode will also appear.Therefore,the problem of marketing mode should be studied and adjusted dynamically.
