According to the Ministry of Health,the high prevalence of hypertension is among the highest among various chronic diseases,which shows great potential for the treatment of hypertension drugs.More pharmaceutical companies are focusing on high blood pressure,making competition more intense.The M pharmaceutical company was founded in 2004,is engaged in the medicine wholesale limited liability company,the Q medicine is the treatment hypertension medicine,its marketing appears the growth delay,the profit drops and so on question.For Q drugs,marketing strategies are very important to succeed in competition.In this thesis,firstly,the marketing environment of Q drugs in M pharmaceutical companies will be analyzed by using the PEST model.Secondly,this thesis will introduce the marketing situation of M pharmaceutical companies and Q drugs.Using SWOT analysis matrix investigates the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the Q drug market,and then analyzes the main problems of Q drugs from four aspects:current products,prices,promotions and channels.Thirdly,the market selection and positioning of Q drugs will be analyzed by using the theory and method of market segmentation in this thesis.Based on the above analysis,the 4P theories of marketing and product life cycle theory will be applied to put forward the' scheme of improvement of Q medicine in product,price,promotion and channel of M medicine company.Finally,the implementation and guarantee measures of marketing strategy will be built through considering five perspectives:constructing scientific management organization structure,improving examination system,formulating scientific and reasonable salary system,establishing professional marketing team and strengthening enterprise culture construction.The above research hopes to M pharmaceutical companies Q drug sales growth to play a certain role.
