For residents in our country at present,the common meat such as beef and mutton,poultry,aquatic products demand growing,meat as a table,a necessary ingredient of residents in our country in such aspects as supplementary nutrition,strengthen physical health plays an important role.Due to the high profit,frozen meat import trade advantages of the low inventory,low risk,has prompted many firms into the industry,the industry competition between enterprises gradually narrowed,the industry profits began to reduce,upstream and downstream enterprises and customer's game is intensifying.Facing the changing market,how to deal with all kinds of relations in the market as a whole,better adapted to their own enterprise marketing,services in the domestic market,to meet consumer demand,become domestic frozen meat import trade industry needs to be considered a major problem.BL food company is an enterprise specializing in the import and export of frozen meat.It has a certain reputation in the market of frozen meat import,and has a number of loyal downstream catering and circulation customers.In the current domestic frozen meat trade industry concentration is not high,the gradually fierce competition,trade smuggling under the influence of many factors such as stack,the enterprise faces many threats and frozen meat import trade development prospects uncertain.The paper analyzes the marketing environment of BL food company,points out the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures.Therefore,the research of the paper has important theoretical and practical value,and through the research of the paper,the following conclusions or Suggestions are drawn.(1)there are problems with the import of frozen meat marketing from BL food company.There are five parts,such as the deviation of market positioning,low popularity of products,wide disparity of price,relatively single channel,less promotional activity and monotone.(2)the reasons for the marketing of frozen meat in BL food company.It mainly includes four parts: backward marketing concept,traditional marketing methods,insufficient marketing innovation,and lack of marketing talents.(3)import frozen meat marketing strategy of BL food company.Mainly include the BL frozen food import marketing positioning,market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning),BL food company imported frozen meat market marketing strategy choice(product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy),such as the second most.(4)support measures for the import of cold meat marketing strategy of BL food company.The supporting measures for the import of frozen meat marketing strategy from BL food company.This paper expounds the concept of modern marketing,the construction of high level marketing team,the control of target market trade risks,the improvement of consumer satisfaction rate,and the improvement of logistics management level.
