Supply Chain Coordination With Backup Supplier Of Random Disruption

Supply disruption is an important issue in supply chain management,thus caused wide attention of academician and industry in recent years.This thesis estab-lished a single period optimal inventory model,based on two unreliable suppliers,a backup supplier and a retailer.We proved the existence of the optimal solution and get retailer's optimal order decision from unreliable suppliers and backup supplier.Finally,the impact factors of optimal decision are analyzed by numerical examples.Numerical examples show that the order quantity decreases with the increase of the sales price and the cost of missing goods.The expected profit decreases with the increase of interruption probability.
