Research On Risk Prevention And Control Of My Country's Direct Investment In Southeast Asia Under The Background Of "One Belt One Road"

Foreign direct investment(FDI)is an important form for Chinese enterprises to participate in international cooperation.In the regional distribution of Chinese outward foreign direct investment,Asia occupies the dominant position,while in Asia,Southeast Asia is the key region.In recent years,countries such as Thailand political changes frequently,the south China sea issue,the question on "The Belt And Road Initiative" and growing problem,such as southeast Asia internal security hidden danger,is more and more evident.In our country in Southeast Asia’s direct investment,there are some failure cases.Therefore,in order to protect the interests of the state and enterprise development in our country,it is necessary to study the risk of our country in southeast Asia’s direct investment under the background of "The Belt And Road Initiative" systematically,and based on this,advances the concrete prevention and control countermeasures.The thesis is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the main content is to introduce the background,significance,relevant research summary,and the research on the difficult points.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of this thesis.Chapter three to chapter six mainly discusses the risk performance,risk factors,international experience and risk prevention and control measures of Chinese direct investment in southeast Asia in the context of "The Belt And Road Initiative".The third chapter starts from the four perspectives of political,economic,legal and security,and probes into the risks of Chinese direct investment in southeast Asia under the background of "The Belt And Road Initiative".The fourth chapter discusses the causes of these risks.Chapter five draws on the experiences of the United States and Japan in the risk prevention and control of foreign investment.The last chapter studys the targeted prevention and control countermeasures on the risks of our country in southeast Asia direct investment under the background of "The Belt And Road Initiative".Based on the PEST Theory,and combined with the specific situation of China’s investment in southeast Asia,this study shows that,under the background of "The Belt And Road Initiative",the status quo of Chinese direct investment in Southeast Asia and the study of risks can be concluded that Chinese direct investment in Southeast Asia is steadily developing,but it also faces risks from the southeast Asian countries.This is the major investment risk,including political multi-polarization and frequent political change,which leads to the increase of investment policy uncertainty and policy discontinuity;the imperfect exchange rate system of economy brings the risk of devaluation and reduces the return on investment;the legal environment of legal policy is complicated,which leads to disputes over investment.The local unique religious culture and various social customs in the social and cultural areas can easily cause misunderstanding and friction,and affect the smooth development of investment and operation activities.Has these risks are,there is a reason,international and domestic reasons causes include international economic globalization brings the global economic imbalances,financial crisis powers strategic adjustment,southeast Asian countries political power game,etc.Domestic,foreign investment in China are the main reasons why system of safe guards be inadequate,enterprises lack of understanding of the investment environment of southeast Asia and familiar,lack of contact with the local people and other ngos and communication and so on foreign investment lack of experience.In view of the sorts of risks Chinese direct investment in Southeast Asia under the background of "The Belt And Road Initiative",this paper studies the situation of the United States and Japan,found that they are in the process of foreign direct investment also met with similar risks in our country,in response to these risks,they formed a perfect service system and improved the foreign investment of the investor protection mechanism,this is of great significance to our country.From the government level,our country should strengthen communication and cooperation with southeast Asian countries in economic,political,culture and society,specifically,including improve the information service system in our country in southeast Asia investment,perfect the diplomatic protection mechanism of our country in the southeast Asia investment,accelerate the upgrading of China and southeast Asian countries economic and trade cooperation and improve China’s foreign investment insurance system,etc.From investors level,investors should not only familiar with southeast Asia investment environment,respect the local public,strengthen the consciousness of social responsibility,but also to strengthen the risk management of all stages of investment projects.
