Research On Optimizing Tax Service Of Y County Tax Bureau

Tax service has become the basis and core content of taxation and it is an inevitable requirement for the construction of modern tax service system,improving the efficiency of tax service and promotion of tax modernization.In recent years,the tax authorities at all levels have strived to construct tax service with the goal of“beginning with the taxpayers' demand,based on the taxpayers' satisfaction,and for the purpose of the taxpayers' compliance”,so that the concept of tax service is becoming more and more accepted by people,the quality and efficiency of tax service have also significantly increased.The grass-roots tax authorities are at the forefront of the service of taxpayers.They are the key force to promote the tax modernization and construct modern tax service system.With the constant promotion of fiscal and taxation system,the demand of taxpayers is increasing,and the tax service of the grass-roots tax authorities faces new challenges.In recent years,Y County Tax Bureau actively promoted tax service,optimized tax process,constructed star-level tax service hall,implemented tax service specification,reinforced the cooperation between state and local taxation,which effectively promoted the tax management,and improved the taxpayers' satisfaction,but there are still some problems,tax service concept is not enough in-depth,accuracy of the taxpayers' satisfaction is not adequate,tax publicity pertinence is not strong enough,and online tax channel is not smooth enough etc.Following the theories of new public management,public finance and tax compliance,this paper,based on the research result of tax service at home and abroad and by referring to management experience of local region,combining with own working practice,analyzes current situation of tax service of Y County Tax Bureau,puts forward to deepen tax service concept,improves team quality,provides personalized tax services,enhances tax efficiency,standardizes tax-related intermediary institutions,handles the relationship between the tax governance and tax services,and establishes countermeasures and suggestions on tax service supervision and evaluation mechanism.
