With the constant development of national social economy and deepening of reform of national governing bodies,more and more public institutions are undergoing transformation and setting up companies to fully play in the market.The competition among enterprises is competition in talents to a large extent.Nowadays,all enterprises take talents as their core competitiveness and make more efforts in cultivating talents.More and more enterprises are attaching a great importance to talent development and cultivation,and establishing a scientific and effective employee motivation mechanism based on advanced motivation theories,to motivate employees to grow and contribute wisdoms.The growth of talents,in return,also promotes the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,for inspection and testing high-tech enterprises whose core competition is human resources,making study on employee motivation theories and establishing an effective motivation mechanism to motivate employees' enthusiasm and innovation are of huge importance to the growth of an enterprise.Especially for new enterprises founded during transformation of public institutions,breaking the limits of old management ideas and establishing a vibrant motivation mechanism is of important theoretical significance and practical significance to promote growth of employees,motivate employees to work hard and achieve rapid development of enterprises.This paper,based on the equity theory,expectancy theory,etc.,in combination of the actual situations of T Company,understands and analyzes the issues of T Company on employee motivation by distributing questionnaires to employees of the company,proposes suggestions on improvement of the company's employee motivation mechanism,establishes a motivation system and motivation measures that suit the company,improve employees' enthusiasm in work,improve the company's competitiveness,and help the company to successfully reform and develop.This paper comprises six parts.Part 1 "Introduction" mainly introduces the background and significance of this research,and proposes the research thoughts and methods.Part 2 "Definition of Concepts and Theoretical Basis" mainly introduces relevant concepts and current research status of motivation mechanisms and theories in China and abroad.Part 3 "Current Status of Employee Motivation of T Company" mainly introduces the basic information in transformation and staff composition of T Company,and sorts out and analyzes statistical data obtained from questionnaires.Part 4 "Issues of T Company in Employee Motivation and Reasons" mainly analyzes the issues of T Company in its employee motivation mechanism.Part 5 "Strategies for Improvement of T Company's Employee Motivation Mechanism" proposes specific measures for improvement of T Company's employee motivation mechanism from aspects of salary,performance evaluation,honor,culture,career development,and participation in decision-making.Part 6 "Conclusion" makes a summarization of the results and problems of the research and gives an outlook to further research.
