With the continuous development of the concept of supply chain management,the production enterprises have gradually shifted to their own core technology and core production,and outsource the non core links,such as logistics.The production enterprise in this paper is a typical fast product production enterprise.In the process of production practice,the warehouse and transportation logistics business should be outsourced to the professional logistics company.The target logistics company is the main service object of the fast product production enterprise,and is involved in various industries such as electronic,cable,building materials,chemical raw materials,feed and so on.It not only provides warehousing,transportation operation business,but also provides processing services with certain technical requirements.This paper analyzes the problems in the warehouse logistics operation of the production enterprises,and combines the theory and technology of modern logistics management,uses the models of operational research linear programming,queuing model,forecasting and so on,formulating various standards such as warehousing and transportation,and constructing the intelligent logistics information platform,which will be based on line.The methods of sexual planning and fitting and forecasting are integrated into the library location design,scheduling and transportation scheduling algorithms to form an integrated intelligent logistics management system dominated by information systems.Through the analysis of actual implementation,the designed intelligent logistics scheme can better solve the storage and logistics operation of the production enterprises.The problem has successfully increased the logistics operation efficiency of production enterprises and effectively reduced the logistics cost of production enterprises.
