The advent of the German “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025” planning promote manufacturing to a new production mode of intelligent customized services. Based on “Industry 4.0”, intelligent manufacturing is becoming a research hot spot. So this paper researched deeply on the mode of production logistics and its key problems in intelligent workshop.The main research contents of this thesis include:(1) Researched on the intelligent workshop based on CPS, and proposed the specific mode of production logistics system and the key problems.(2) Researched on A* heuristic algorithm for path planning problem. Built the evaluation function H(n) and improved it. Then improved A* algorithm by using the method of the JPS, and combined with the AGV control system to achieve the dynamic path planning.(3) Researched on the disruption problem of the intellig ent production logistics system. According to integrate the knowledge of the disruption, set up a corresponding disruption event recovery model and its decisio n-making process based on the model of path problem to minimize the disturbance.(4) Built an intelligent logistics system management platform, focused on two critical modules about “work-in-process management” and “distribution/transportation scheduling management” to supervise the process of production logistics.By researching on the specific intelligent production logistics system mode, the key problems about path planning and disruption management, and combining with the establishment of the correspon ding management platform, this paper showed the improvement of the efficiency of path optimization and intelligence level, the intelligent recognition and processing capabilities for disruption of the system, and ultimately to ensure the efficient production and the smooth logistics.
