In the background of public entrepreneurship,as a MBA students with many years working experience,the author involved in the foundation of Xiamen Panlian InfoTech Ltd,the integration of the current mainstream including social media,e-commerce,mobile terminal,two-dimensional code and other tools,multiple channels to help enterprises to open up online and offline,for consumers in the choose a restaurant in the decision-making process,from the pre order,in transit,in store,decision-making,purchase,customer service six stages provide information selection,comparison,promotion,sharing features,while providing a one-stop operation marketing platform for catering enterprises.This paper deeply analyzed the macro environment,the industry development trends,competitive situation,and used the business model canvas to describe and reviews the business model.After carding the business model,the author also adjusted the actual operation of the company to improve the competitive power.This project has a NPV of 1390thousand,with a 114%internal rate of return and a good investment value.Based on the real case,this paper used business model canvas to analyze the business model and the detailed analysis of the financial analysis and risk,which providing a good reference for the other similar companies.
