The Cost Study On The Rural Last Mile Of Logistics In Xunyang County:A Sharing Economy Perspective

With the development of information technology and a series of national policies,rural e-commerce is developing rapidly.The major logistics companies also carry on the strategic layout to the rural market one after another in order to improve the service quality and expand the market share.However,due to the imbalance of demand,the long distance of distribution and the undeveloped transportation,the speed of logistics development in rural areas of China lags far behind the "blowout" development of e-commerce.Logistics distribution system is not perfect,distribution costs remain highly,especially the last mile distribution problem has not been effectively resolved.With the rapid development of the Internet,the mode of sharing economy has been brought into the society,the live and the work.Moreover,how to use the sharing economy mode to solve social problems effectively has become the direction of scholars and enterprises.Based on the analysis of logistics delivery in Xunyang County,Ankang City,Shaanxi Province,this thesis makes a detailed understanding of the local logistics facilities and distribution status using questionnaires and field interviews,and analyzes the rural last mile of logistics distribution problems in the local areas.The primary research objects are November with the highest delivery volume in 2017,the least May and the middle January,tracking express information,combining with the current sharing economy mode to optimize the distribution mode.The focus of the study is the cost of traditional distribution mode and the cost of the sharing economy distribution mode.The transportation cost calculation method of Blauwens and de Baere and the mileage calculation method of DiDi’s windmill are adopted,and the cost optimization method of Floyd based on super-network model is used to optimize the cost,and the cost of traditional mode and sharing economy mode are compared.After optimization,the application research is carried out.The results show that in Xunyang rural last mile under actually express service demand,the sharing economy mode compared with the traditional mode of distribution is economic and effective.The result of this thesis is conducive to optimizing the distribution of the last mile of logistics in Xunyang County.and where are similar to others.And provide a reference for other similar county logistics distribution.
