Supply side reform emphasizes improving production efficiency and optimizing industrial structure. The national economy is a huge and complex organic as a whole. From the industrial perspective, close relations are among various industrial departments. In the short term, the imbalance of industrial structure will not affect economic growth, but in the long term bring a series of problems such as the lack of demand and relative surplus. From the regional perspective,in the long term development of our regions, economic content is intertwined and regional ties are becoming increasingly close, and the uneven development among regions is also increasingly prominent. The report of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the principle contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved. What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.In order to resolve this contradiction,we should not only start from the industrial structure, optimize the structure in a timely manner, but also consider from the regional point of view to narrow the regional development gap.In the formulation of industrial policies,we should strive to be scientific, comprehensive, accurate and sustainable. This paper mainly adopts the industrial association measurement method and the structural decomposition analysis model to empirically analyze the industrial correlation and time series changes among the eight regions of China. From the perspective of industrial linkage measurement and interregional input and output relationship,we calculate the induction, influence and forward and backward correlation in two systems of Leontif system and Ghosh system, and emphatically analyze the economic status of all regions after considering the scale of output. Then,it investigates the unilateral effect of the region to the outside, the regional economic characteristics are classified into extrovert, introverted, driving and promoting type by the demand rate and supply rate as the index. In the end,the indirect effect of the region on the interior is examined. From the perspective of demand feedback and supply feedback, the external counterforce to the interior of the region, that 'is,the economic radiation ability of each region to its own,is analyzed. From the perspective of time, time series analysis model of input-output,namely the structure decomposition analysis model(SDA model),is decomposed from the demand side and the supply side. The contribution of the change of each part of the final demand and the added value to the economic growth is investigated. From the angle of space, the analysis of progressive is beneficial to grasp the current regional economic characteristics from the macro level;from the time point of view, the structural changes in the demand side and the supply side in the medium and long term are decomposed and explained. It is found that the industrial association is reduced from east to west;the regional economic characteristics are obvious, the driving force of Beijing-Tianjin and northwest are strong, the northeast and the southwest are introverted economic characteristics;the northern coastal, central China and Beijing-Tianjin areas radiation forces are strong, the radiation ability of the northeast and the southwest is weak, and the regions lack benign interaction;the economic growth power of the region is similar;Consumption in Beijing and Tianjin is significant. The input and output structure of many sectors has undergone significant changes.
