Study On Development Countermeasures Of Kiwifruit Professional Cooperative In Heping County

In recent years,the collective cooperation model of a new type of farmers' professional cooperatives begin to shine,though time is shorter,only a short for more than ten years,but the development speed is quite amazing.This pattern of mainly relying on in the early 1980 s to build on the basis of the system of household contract responsibility system,may say is a kind of new management pattern of farmers.Launched this pattern not only to a certain extent,speed up the construction of the modernization of agriculture,but also greatly improve the competitiveness of agricultural products,make the farmers become rich real.Although this model has the advantages,however,we need to clear understanding to the shortage of which is the development time is limited,can't solve various contradictions existing in full,not only that,the current market,political and social environment has become increasingly complex,so need more cautious in the face of.To give full play to the advantages of the cooperatives have,increase farmers' income,promote the agricultural development,it is important to researches in this kind of mode,and find out the deficiency of which,in a timely manner to make up for,and then perform its real value.Starting from the analysis of the existing problems of kiwi fruit specialized cooperatives in Heping County,this paper first evaluates and analyzes the kiwi fruit specialized cooperatives in Heping County by using the related theories of management,and summarizes the current situation of the cooperation and development of kiwifruit specialty in Heping County.Then,based on the theory of cooperative benefit analysis,it is concluded that the key to further speed up the development of kiwi fruit development in Heping County is to maximize the benefits of cooperation.Secondly,set the willingness to cooperate,capital,cooperation system for the three conditions for the successful operation of cooperatives,analyzes the development of peaceful county fruit cooperatives problems in the cooperation,capital cooperation will find small,cooperative system is not perfect and other weak links,and enhance cooperation,increase cooperation,improve the cooperation of capital the system of specific countermeasures and measures.In this paper,using literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method and the benefits of cooperation theory as the research foundation,in Heping County Kiwi professional cooperatives as the research object,theoretical knowledge combined with the survey data,in the analysis of practical problems based on the proposed countermeasures has a guiding role in the demonstration area,practical significance this is also the subject of research.At the same time,I hope this research method has greater application scope,and it can be a reference for other area's development and evaluation of farmers' professional cooperatives.
