Problems And Development Strategies Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Yihuang County Of Jiangxi Province

In recent years,China has developed very rapidly in the field of farmers' professional cooperatives.In 2016,the scale of farmers' professional cooperatives reached 166.9 million,and farmers who joined the farmers' professional cooperatives reached 42.7% of the country's total.In some underdeveloped provinces and cities,based on the disadvantages of various aspects of policy,environment and resources,the competitiveness of farmers' professional cooperatives is relatively weak,and the lack of funds and talents has seriously affected the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.The development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Yihuang county is better,and the registered farmers' professional cooperatives have reached 241.Among them,the farmer professional cooperatives,such as the Shun Xing farming cooperatives in Yihuang County,have also become the provincial farmers' professional cooperative demonstration cooperatives in Jiangxi province.The development of farmers' professional cooperatives not only speeds up the development of rural economy in Yihuang County,but also greatly improves the income level of farmers.However,Yihuang County farmers' professional cooperatives in the process of development also exposed some development problems,to a large extent,affecting the healthy development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Yihuang county.Based on the social and economic environment and policy development environment in Yihuang County,this paper analyzes the support policies of Yihuang county to support the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Then,taking Shun Xing breeding professional cooperatives in Yihuang County as the research object,the development status of Shun Xing breeding professional cooperatives in Yihuang county is thoroughly analyzed.The research believes that there are many problems in the Shun Xing breeding professional cooperatives in Yihuang County,such as lack of standardized management,lack of development funds,poor farmers' main position,low level of talents and skills,and insufficient government support.On this basis,this paper puts forward the policy proposals to support the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Yihuang County,in order to promote the scientific,orderly and sustainable development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Yihuang county.The current problems of the development of Shun Xing farming cooperatives in Yihuang county are of general characteristics.Many farmers' professional cooperatives have similar problems in different degrees,focusing on the lack of resources and so on.Therefore,this article based on the development status of Yihuang County farmers' professional cooperatives is not only applicable to the follow-up development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yihuang County,but also to the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in other areas.
