These farmers'cooperative economic organizations get up the scattered and the small scale peasant household together, making the peasant household get into a big market wholely through a cooperation. From the practical development of farmers'cooperative economic organization in Xiangtan, developing new type of farmers'cooperative economic organization is not only benefit to improve the peasant systemization degree, reduce system cost, lift quality and synthetical beneficial result of agricultural product, but also has driven the innovation of rural manage system, defended farmers'interests, boosted a peasant increasing income. While farmers'cooperative economic organization of Xiangtan is in the junior stage developing, which belongs to be unlike traditional economic collective, a lot of misunderstandings still exist in terms of theory, also a lot of problems are having in practice, which affect health development of cooperative economic organization in Xiangtan to certain degree.
