Study On Rural Food Supervision In Renhua County Of Guangdong Province

With the rapid development of economy and society,people are demanding more and more food quality and safety.In recent years,although the state has increased the intensity of food safety supervision,but the consumer health and life safety of food safety incidents still occur from time to time,food safety issues have become the focus of attention of domestic consumers.In Renhua county,nearly 70% of the population living in rural areas,economic development level is not high,the rural food safety situation is very serious,because the institutional mechanisms and other issues,rural food safety supervision is still a weakness.Therefore,it is necessary to study the rural food safety supervision of Renhua county,analyze the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,to make up for the weaknesses.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,interview,empirical and normative research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,on the basis of summarizing the research results of others,combined with the actual situation of Renhua County,with the relevant theories of rural food safety supervision as a tool,this paper introduces the present situation of rural food safety and supervision in Renhua County,and analyzes the problems existing in the supervision of rural food safety in Renhua County.The beneficial practices of food safety supervision at home and abroad were combed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supervision of food safety in Renhua County were put forward.This article consists of seven chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,literature review,research methods and research path.Chapter 2The concept definition and basic theory are introduced,and the related concepts and related theories are introduced.Chapter 3The present situation of food safety and supervision in Renhua County was introduced.Chapter 4The problems and causes of food safety supervision in Renhua County were analyzed.Chapter 5It is the experience of food safety supervision in relevant regions at home and abroad,and introduces the useful practices of food safety supervision in Europe,America,Japan and other developed regions as well as relevant regions in China.Chapter 6The countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the food safety supervision in Renhua County are put forward,aiming at the problems and the causes,and drawing on the experience of others,some countermeasures are put forward.Chapter 7It is the conclusion and prospect,summarizesthe full text,points out the deficiency and the further research direction.The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that the current research on food safety supervision in rural Renhua County is mostly at the summary level of practical work and is relatively fragmented.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the food safety supervision of food safety in Renhua County from the combination of theory and practice,which makes up for the deficiency of the research on the food safety supervision in Renhua County.
