Investigation And Research On Food Safety Supervision In Issues In Wuxuan County

Hunger breeds discontentment,safety is the supremacy for food.Food is an indispensable material basis for human survival and development.Food safety concerns people’s physical and mental health,is a major livelihood issue,is an important guarantee to maintain national development and social stability in rural areas,the importance of food safety can not be ignored.China is a populous country,with rural population accounting for about 36% of the total population.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure food safety for the vast majority of people in rural areas.Compared to urban food safety governance,rural areas have differences and limitations in governance.The supervision of food safety in rural areas has special characteristics,such as complex forms in systems,laws,technology,information,governance,etc.The hidden food safety issues in rural areas of China remain severe.Therefore,studying how to improve the food safety supervision system in rural areas is of great significance for transforming the rural food safety situation,ensuring the physical health of rural residents,stimulating the vitality of rural areas,and promoting the sustainable development of rural revitalization strategies.According to the actual development of rural areas,this paper explores the supervision of food safety in rural areas.Specifically taking the food safety supervision of A and B towns in Wuxuan County as an example,the paper sinks to the front line of work,takes administrative supervision as the first perspective,selects law enforcement personnel,consumers and food practitioners as the research entry point,visits the food safety supervision agencies,and visits consumers and business entities to obtain real and effective information,and explores the current situation of food safety in A and B towns.Through "information asymmetry theory","public goods theory","government regulation theory" and "social co-governance theory" as the basic theory of this study,literature research method,field research method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method are adopted to deeply explore the problems and causes existing in the food safety administrative supervision of A and B towns.By sorting out and summarizing the status quo of food safety supervision of supervision departments in A and B towns;It is found that consumers in rural areas of A and B towns have insufficient cognition of food safety knowledge,weak awareness of rights protection,insufficient cognition of food safety-related laws and regulations,policies and standards of food practitioners,lack of food safety operation training,and imperfect system of food safety supervision departments.And conduct in-depth analysis of the root causes of food safety supervision problems in A and B towns;In view of the existing problems of food safety supervision in this region,countermeasures to improve the level of food safety supervision in this region are proposed.Such as gradually improving the food safety laws and regulations system in rural areas,giving full play to government functions,improving the grassroots food safety supervision institutions and team construction,strengthening the application of big data,improving the grassroots credit system,attaching importance to the participation of third party forces in supervision,strengthening food safety education in rural areas and other multi-channel,diversified and innovative regulatory measures.We will effectively improve supervision of food safety in rural areas and ensure the "last mile" of food safety in rural areas.
