Study On The Development Of Sweet Corn Industrialization In Huizhou

Sweet corn originated in the American continent,the world’s cultivation and consumption of sweet corn has been 100 years of history.In 2016,the global sweet corn cultivation area of146.73 million hm2,production 13.575 million t;China’s sweet corn planting area of 337,000hm2,yield of 4.861 million tons;Guangdong sweet corn planting area of 160,800 hm2,of which Huizhou,Zhanjiang two cities about 50%,Are based on winter-based.Huizhou as China’s largest sweet corn production base,the city’s sweet corn cultivation area of 53,000 hm2,more than the province’s total area of 1/4,most of the province’s sweet corn processing enterprises are concentrated in Huizhou.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Huizhou City,The present situation of sweet corn industrialization,reveal the problems and causes in the production process,and explore the ideas and countermeasures for the further development of sweet corn industry,with a view to provide decision-making reference for the sustainable development of Huizhou agricultural economy.(1)After nearly 30 years of development,sweet corn industry has become a major benefit of agricultural products in Huizhou City,has gradually formed a base,large-scale production of production pattern.Huizhou City,the current sweet corn acreage ranks first in the province,is the country’s largest fresh corn production base.At present,regardless of the natural resources from the Huizhou City environment or socio-economic environment is very conducive to the industrialization of sweet corn in Huizhou City,the deepening development.(2)According to the questionnaire survey of the employees of a large fresh corn processing enterprise in Huizhou City,the author summarized the four aspects of the sweet corn industry in Huizhou City in the aspects of selection breeding,industrial chain,market sales and corporate brand There are still some problems.Then,according to the causes of the development of sweet corn in Huizhou City,the author puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of sweet corn industry in Huizhou from the above four aspects.
