The Economic Growth Effect Of The Fiscal Investment Spending In China

China's economy is in the process of rapid growth,which cannot be separated from the important role of financial investment expenditure.Through massive fiscal stimulus,infrastructure and basic industries are built to boost economic growth by expanding the multiplier effect.The increase of fiscal investment spending,to improve the downturn in the economy,promote economic development really played a role,but at the same time bring a series of problems to economic growth,fiscal investment spending growth effect is abate,economy structural contradictions,specific main performance: in terms of quantity,the ability to finance investment spending drive economic growth,from high-speed growth into a high-speed growth;In terms of structure,high investment of the consumption structure imbalance,incoordination between the demand in industrial distribution,and induce imbalance of industrial structure,excess supply and supply,into a circular circle.With the increasingly prominent structural contradictions,the economy is inefficient and the allocation of resources is not reasonable,which restricts the improvement of the quality of economic growth.In this paper,on the basis of theoretical study,combined with empirical research methods,analysis of the economic growth effect of the fiscal investment spending mechanism,analysis of the total fiscal investment spending on economic growth,the influence of the structure,and then puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.This paper is divided into five chapters,chapter I,introduction.From the aspects of the research background,significance and the existing research of the financial investment spending affect economic growth,fiscal investment spending affect economic growth were reviewed,the structure of the research is put forward in this paper,the innovation points and deficiencies.The second part is the theoretical basis of economic growth.For fiscal investment spending,economic growth,such as definition in detail,then analysis the theoretical basis of the financial investment affect economic growth in the final analysis the influence of fiscal investment spending on economic growth mechanism.The third part focuses on the impact of financial investment expenditure on the total economic growth.From two aspects: policy combing,specific implementation dataintroduction to finance investment spending affect the performance of economic growth,analyzes the economic efficiency of fiscal investment spending,and then using the generalized matrix analysis that GMM empirical analysis to the role of fiscal investment spending on economic growth.The fourth part focuses on the impact of financial investment expenditure on economic growth structure.Ability to analyze financial investments and drive economic growth,financial investments and structural contradictions of excess supply and supply,financial investment and total extensive economic growth,the relationship between a detailed explanation of fiscal investment to affect the performance of structure and quality problems.Then using principal component analysis to build economic growth index structure,analysis of the structure changes of economic growth,and on the basis of the analysis of financial investment spending and economic growth structure interaction.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some Suggestions on how to use fiscal investment to drive economic growth and optimize economic structure.We will rationally allocate fiscal investment expenditures,optimize the structure of financial investment expenditures,improve the efficiency of financial investment expenditures,and improve the decision-making,supervision and evaluation system of financial investment expenditures.
