The Influence Of The Scale And Structure Of Financial Expenditure On Economic Growth In Anhui Province

As one of the favorable policy tools of national macroeconomic control,government fiscal expenditure plays an important role in China's economic and social activities.The change of the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure is often the embodiment of the degree and direction of government intervention in economy and society.A scientific and reasonable scale and structure of fiscal expenditure can not only promote the development of regional economy,but also improve the development of regional economy.It can also effectively improve the efficiency of the use of financial expenditure funds,and play a very important role in achieving national and regional economic stability and growth.In recent years,the economy of Anhui Province has maintained relatively stable growth,the scale of fiscal expenditure has been rising year after year,but the rate of economic growth has slowed down,and the situation of fiscal expenditure and economic development among regions in the province has also been reduced.The difference of the development level is becoming more and more obvious,it is urgent for the government to promote the economic and social development through the way of macro-control,and the fiscal expenditure is one of the indispensable means for the country to carry out macro-control.How does the scale and structure of the fiscal expenditure in Anhui province affect the economic growth of the whole and three different regions,and in what aspects are the differences of the influencing mechanisms of the financial expenditure in each region reflected?How to adjust the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure scientifically and reasonably in order to narrow the gap of regional economic development in Anhui Province and promote its long-term and stable development are all worthy of further discussion.Therefore,this paper is mainly based on the three regional fiscal branches of Anhui Province.From the perspective of difference on economic growth,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure on economic growth in Anhui Province.The research of this paper can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and systematically combs the existing literature at home and abroad.The second part mainly analyzes the financial expenditure and the economic growth,and expounds the influence mechanism of the scale and structure of the fiscal expenditure on the economic growth from the theoretical level.In the third part,the author analyzes in detail the scale,structure and trend of the financial expenditure in Anhui province and the three regions of southernAnhui,Anhui and northern Anhui,and makes a comparative analysis of the three regions.Figure out the difference between fiscal expenditure and economic growth among regions Different.The fourth part is the empirical part,through constructing the panel data model of Anhui Province and its three regions,from the two dimensions of fiscal expenditure scale and fiscal expenditure structure,the paper analyzes the whole Anhui Province and the southern Anhui Province.Three regions of Anhui Province and Northern Anhui are studied in this paper,and the effects of the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure on their economic growth are analyzed.The fifth part is the theoretical elaboration,the present situation analysis and the empirical results,and puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the long-term stable growth of Anhui economy and to promote the coordinated development of regional economy.The conclusion of this paper mainly includes two aspects,on the one hand from the total financial expenditure effect,whether it is Anhui Province as a whole,and Anhui,Anhui and Anhui three area of economic growth has significantly positive effect.Specific to the regression coefficient of each region,the total financial expenditure in the large area and Southern Anhui effect on economic growth,but the total amount of financial expenditure in North Anhui positive direct effect on the economic growth is relatively small.On the other hand from the fiscal expenditure structure effect,influence on regional economic growth effects of different types of Fiscal Expenditure: administrative services expenditure of Anhui Province as a whole There is a significant negative correlation between the economic growth of the three regions,the expenditure of economic construction has a promoting effect on the whole economy of Anhui Province,but the difference of the effect on the economic growth of the three regions is obvious.Social expenditure has a significant positive effect on the economic development of Anhui province as a whole and the three regions,and they play a relatively important role in promoting the economic development of Anhui Province.In order to further promote the steady economic growth of Anhui Province and narrow the gap between the regional economic development level,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions from the overall and the three regional differences in Anhui Province.In particular,it is necessary to keep the scale of fiscal expenditure in various regions of the province in line with its economic development;to adjust the internal structure of economic construction expenditure in different regions,to promote development;to increase the proportion of social security expenditure step by step;and to incline to the northern part of Anhui;Reduce the expenditure of administrative services,improve the utilization rate of funds,and establish regional high-tech industrial parks tolead regional economic growth by science and technology.
