In recent years,the clothing online shopping market has developed rapidly and a large number of clothing brands have emerged.According to relevant statistics,there are nearly 100 thousand clothing brands(flagship stores released by Tmall)that are certified only on Tmall.And the competition is rather intense in this industry.Clothing is a kind of seasonal product,and it is very time-sensitive,and consumers' needs are changeable.In order to meet the needs of consumers,clothing companies must respond quickly to the market.How to respondquicklyand meet consumer demand and occupy a place in the fierce market is a practical problem that garment companies must face,and also a problem that H-companies need to solve as a typical representative of Amoy.Quick response is the most commonly used supply chain management mode in apparel supply chain.On the basis of summarizing the research on fast reaction related theory of clothing supply chain both at home and abroad,through combing and analyzing the fast and counter supply chain process of H enterprises,we find that there are a lot of shortcomings in the supply chain of H enterprises,including the long lead time of product production,unstable delivery,unscheduled delivery on time,unstable product quality,unreasonable selection of suppliers and so on.These problems directly affect the operating efficiency and thelate development of H enterprises.After analysis,it was found that causes of the problems in H's rapid reverse supply chain are mainly derived from the following aspects: first,all outsourcing of production,lack of control over the upstream components of apparel supply chain,second,the other aspects lead to low product quality and high purchase costs.Third,apparel OEMs are not properly managed,suppliers are scattered and diverse,management and control are difficult,and so on.Based on the theory of quick response supply chain management,this paper gives the corresponding improving measures and suggestions for the problems of H enterprise supply chain.H enterprises can strengthen the management of the upstream of the supply chain through the establishment of capacity center,from the printing and dyeing,the face auxiliary materials to the production and other types of suppliers,and then alleviate themanagement difficulties caused by the supplier's excessive dispersion,the increase of the purchasing cost,the late delivery and so on.For H enterprises to choose and establish regional capacity center,the fourth chapter of this paper uses factor molecular method and cluster analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of the textile industry of 19 construction productivity center cities.Finally,Weifang is chosen as the first choice for H enterprise capacity center.The fifth chapter mainly focuses on how to choose supplier strategic partners in the production center area after the establishment of the productivity center.In this paper,the selection evaluation system of supplier cooperation is established.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of various supplier selection methods,the TOPSIS method based on entropy weight is selected.This method can not only reduce the adverse effects of subjective factors effectively and is very simple and practical,finally 11 knitted are used as subcontractors in the Shandong area of H enterprises.The index system and selection method are verified by the data of the factory,and the results show that the plan is effective.The supply chain management method,such as establishing regional capacity center location and optimizing supplier strategic partners,can help solve the problems of H enterprise fast counter supply chain to a certain extent,improving the response speed of supply chain and reducing the cost of purchasing.It also provides decision support for H enterprise's supply chain upgrading and deep resource integration.
