In the times of mobile internet,as the main facility,rapid development era of mobile terminal comes.The industry chain has bloomed unprecedented.Meanwhile,various accessories suppliers of smart phone flood the market,the competition grows in intensity.As one of the six main components,the competition even more fierce.Since 2013 enterprises met much more pressure and challenge in the problem of last price war and the problems of production homogenization,over capacity,cost increased of operation.Thus,it had to become a big problem for enterprises that how to give a high capability of making profit and shape core competition to guarantee survive.It has to innovate for company's competition,and the core is the innovation of people by organization design,target management and incentive system to arouse personal potential to make the goal of company.So that the market and customer requirement ever-changing are satisfied,the core competition of company come into being eventually.This paper base on the Inter Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd Shenzhen Industry as an subject of study to find the problem that company faced through SWOT diagnostic tool.By combining the thoery of management system to get the systematic way of problem solving.Then,take an creative innovation on organization structure,target management system and incentive plan to make scheme,continued optimize the scheme,and evaluate and summarize the effect of innovation implement.The research of Inter Optoelecronics has a typical characteristic of private enterprise.This paper combined the theory with experience by setting a series related data.It not only has a great well mean to this company but also has a useful reference to the companies alike in our country by the conclusion of the innovation experience.
