In recent years,with the deepening of reformation of China's rural financial system,rural commercial banks achieve rapid development,more and more rural credit cooperatives and Rural Credit Cooperatives Union County(city)have realized the transformation to the rural commercial bank by merging and reorganizing.However,having limits of their own ability and developmental experiences,rural commercial banks is facing a more severe situation in construction of employee' performance incentive.So it is an important topic to establish the performance incentive of employee.JN rural commercial bank is developed from three local credit cooperatives by merging and reorganizing,which has problems in employee' performance incentive.So this essay is based on the performance incentive theories,designing a scientific employee'performance incentive and analyzing the problems and reasons of employees of the JN rural commercial bank.Not only can we solve the unreasonable problems of JN employee performance incentive,but also offer consultative value in some extent for other similar firms.Firstly,this essay found that there are problems in performance incentive and there are also problems in results of performance incentive.To solve these problems,this essay analyzing the problems of JN performance incentive in the employee's incentive mechanism and the supporting measures.The results showed that there are some problems in the performance incentive scheme by analyzing the incentive mechanism,such as the system lacks of integrity and systemic failure and the management of scientific performance incentive,and the performance incentive content is relatively old,and behind reality.We can find that the JN rural commercial bank do not have perfect compensation mechanism,the clear promotion mechanism,and also lack of sound publicity and feedback mechanism.Secondly,this essay optimized the goals,ideas,process and other important content of performance incentive scheme after overall analyzing the problems of JN rural commercial bank.Thirdly,in order to ensure the implementation of the performance incentive scheme,this essay also studies the guarantee system of performance incentive.We found that is can promote the implementation of performance incentive scheme by establishing perfect social security system,technical safeguard and scientific human resource management.Finally,we also comprehensive evaluate the effect of JN rural commercial bank employee'performance incentive.The result shows that the optimized employee' performance incentive scheme has a good feasibility.
