With the deepening of the reform of market economy, the competition of enterprise is not only the technology, capital, and the regime, but also the talent competition. Talents become even the most important assets in enterprises. Enterprise personnel quality directly determines the efficiency of enterprises. Training is an important means for enterprises to strengthen talents team building and increase management efficiency, as well as be helpful to enhance core competitive ability for enterprises, and construct favorable Enterprise Culture.Recent years, the talents fostering task in GF Bank is exceptionally arduous, that are the obvious lack of high-quality multi-skill managerial talents and professionals of expert style, as well as the practical-skill talents who are proficient in new business are far from to fit the requirement of business development. Strengthen talents team building, specially the key talents team building is a significant and urgent task that is faced by GF Bank at present and will be so for some time to come.This paper takes the staff training of GF Bank as the object. As a shareholding commercial bank, there are many serious historical issues in GF Bank, especially in the aspect of human resources, which include low working efficiency in employees, the unreasonable talent structure, the lack of complex management personnel and high-quality professional talents. Therefore, it is essential for GF Bank to build a set of training management system. Through case study, this paper focuses on the training issue in GF Bank. Based on human resource management and the related theory, Through studying and analysis, the paper maintains that in consider of raising productivity, as well as increasing inner cohesion and competitive forces, GF Bank has to construct a scientific and effective system to train and manage the staff, so as to give full play to the guarantee of human resources. First of all, this paper gives a general description to GF Bank. Secondly, this paper analyses problems in the bank, and through exploring literature, this paper finds suitable theories to solve problems. Last, this paper provides suitable methods to solve human resources training problems.
