With the acceleration of the integration of the world economy,the application of human resource management is particularly important.The improvement of human resource management is inseparable from the efficiency management of human resources.Since 2012,the term "human resource efficiency" has aroused wide attention of the society,especially the attention of the managers of the large state-owned enterprises.In this paper,JN city construction as the research object,through the literature research,investigation and evaluation analysis and other methods,in-depth analysis of the status and problems of human resource efficiency management of the JN urban construction group,and on this basis,the relevant design scheme is proposed to provide help for the group to optimize the allocation of human resources and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises.At the same time,it provides a useful reference for JN city construction group and its industry enterprises to improve their human resource efficiency management level.The contents of this paper are as follows:first,the background and significance of the research,the literature and research methods and contents of human resource efficiency management at home and abroad are expounded.Secondly,the related theories are reviewed,and the theories of human resource management and incentive theory and employee satisfaction theory are analyzed in depth.Then,this paper analyzes the status of human resource efficiency management in JN city construction,mainly analyzes its basic situation,the status of human resource management and the status of human resource efficiency management,and then makes an investigation and analysis of the human resource efficiency management of the urban construction of JN,and designs the questionnaire on the basis of the previous research,and then analyzes the problems and the problems of the human resources.In addition,the optimization design scheme of JN urban construction human resource efficiency management is put forward.Firstly,the optimization principle is clarified,and then the optimization scheme is put forward from the aspects of enterprise culture,organizational structure,incentive mechanism and so on.The implementation effect evaluation is carried out.First,the evaluation objectives and evaluation methods are clearly defined,then the implementation effect evaluation is carried out,and the implementation result evaluation of the optimization program is obtained.The last is the conclusion of this paper.
