SY company is established in 1996.Before 2015,SY company was an engineering and technical service company engaged in consulting,design,construction,operation and maintenance of electronic and intelligent engineering,system integration projects,and fire engineering.In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of the industry and changes in the external environment,the company's transformation and upgrading is particularly urgent,the company's business strategy has undergone important changes,the issue of human resources management has become increasingly prominent.In order to solve the problems of human resource management in the key period of SY company development,this paper studies the relevant theories of human resource management,studies the company's internal data related to human resource management,and uses interviews and questionnaires to investigate,in order to diagnose the problems exist in human resources planning,employee recruitment and configuration,employee training and development,employee performance management,employee compensation management,employee labor relationship management,and other aspects of the company's human resources.Through diagnostic analysis,it was found that the company had problems in employee training and development,Compensation management,employee compensation management,employee performance management,and corporate culture construction.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,the company proposes a strategy for enhancing the human resources management.Finally,the article summarized the SY Company human resource management improvement plan,and prospected the future development and research. |
