Stakeholder's Relationships And Its Integration In The Development Of B&B In Ancient Town Of Shuhe,Lijiang

With the overall development of society,the level of national consumption has been greatly improved,leisure activities have become more frequently.A surging number of consumers pay attention to the quality and level of consumption,The needs of perfect infrastructure in the consumer environment,a personalizing product and rich cultural connotation are becoming more and more prominent.This change also promotes the extension of the accommodation industry in a diversified direction :emphasize the upgraded facilities,refine and personalize services,in result of an accommodation more cultural.As a result,new types of accommodation,such as homestay,lodges,inns,apartments,inn boutique and vacationing villas,have emerged as the times require,and have a significant influence on the style of leisure life.The ancient town of Shuhe,Lijiang,located 4 kilometers northwest of Old Town of Lijiang,has more than 1000 years of history and culture.In 1997,the residential buildings of the ancient Shuhe town,as an important part of the Old Town of Lijiang,were registered in the "world cultural heritage" which listed by UNESCO.The ancient buildings in the town of Shuhe,the beautiful pastoral features and the simple lifestyle of the locals with a Naxi culture constituted an ideal place where a lot of outsiders live with an ease.So far,there are more than 1000 homestay in Shuhe,and the structure of product service has been enriched and perfected,which has become one of the typical areas of the homestay format.In this study,the Shuhe ancient town is chosen as a case,under the background of cultural consumption concept,taking the stakeholder theory as the breakthrough point,with the literature analysis,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey to discuss in the demands and interests of the stakeholders in ancient town of Shuhe.I cogitated with the basic elements of the contention of interests:resources,culture and power in order to explain their relationships and interest relations of integration,so as to promote Shuhe hostel development healthily.The thesis consists of six parts:the first part outlines the background of the rise of the residential accommodations and the significance of the thesis,the researchmethod,the innovation point and the technical route.The second part combs the reviews of the home stay and the stakeholder,and defines the concept for this article.It pointed out that the owners,the government,the customers and the locals are all the main stakeholders in Shuhe,and the network platform is an important medium for the stakeholders to express their demands.The third part outlines the characteristics of the internal and abroad stakeholders' main interests.The fourth part is to explain the interests of stakeholders in the ancient town in Shuhe.The fifth part takes a perspective of resources,power and culture to analyze the relationship of the stakeholder.The sixth part puts forward the idea what should be paid attention to in the process of Shuhe's homestay operation and development for integration of interest relations on the basis of the above research.
