Study On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Small Featured Cultural Towns In The Rail Transit In Hexin Town,Jilin Province

In 2018,The construction of featured towns was once again mentioned in No.1 document of the Central Committee.The construction of featured towns has reached a stage of high fever.According to the policy in 2016,by 2020,China will have built more than 1,000 distinctive and dynamic featured towns.But up till now,the provinces have planned a total of 2370 featured towns,including the first batch of 127 and the second batch of 276 declared featured towns.It seems that the country has a total of more than 1370 featured towns.In 2018,"Several Opinions on Regulating the Construction of Characteristic Small Towns and featured Small Towns" pointed out that the selection of superior towns and villages for survival of the fittest will take place.It seems that these 2370 featured towns have not achieved the final success.Only if the local government is nurtured will the possibility of a successful specialty town increase.In our country,featured towns are still new things.In the process of exploration and promotion,there are still many problems and blind spots in terms of development concepts,policy coordination,and institutional mechanisms.We must pay close attention to and resolve these issues.This paper conducts an in-depth research on the featured cultural towns of Jilin Province's Hexin rail transit through investigation and analysis,literature research,in-depth interviews,and comparative learning.With the help of sustainable development theory,experience economic theory,stakeholder theory,garden city theory,and fusion development theory,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Hexin town in Jilin Province,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures.We are eager to blaze a trail more suitable for the development of the featured small town of Jilin Province,and contribute our efforts to develop featured towns in our country.First of all,we will comb the status quo of research on domestic and foreign featured towns,and expound the background and significance of researching the features of the town.And the analysis of the concept system of the featured towns follows,clearing up the features,roles,types,and growth paths of the featured towns,avoiding confusion with other concepts.Secondly,an introduction is made to the development status of Hexin featured towns.A detailed analysis is carried out on the advantages of geography,humanities,nature,and industry that are suitable for the construction of featured towns,and the lack of supportive industry agglomeration,serious brain drain,poor innovation,ambiguous government functions,and unreasonable planning are identified.Studying the status quo of domestic outstanding small towns and gaining experience can provide reference for the culturally featured towns of Hexin rail transit.Finally,as for the problems that have arisen in the development of Hexin town's rail transit,targeted countermeasures have been provided in industry,talents,innovation,planning,culture,infrastructure,etc.,in the hope of better development.The development of featured towns in Jilin Province has certain uniqueness compared with other featured towns in China,but there is also certain commonness.The analysis of the development status and problems of Hexin featured town,to a certain extent,is referential for the development of other featured towns of our country.
