Research On The Development Evaluation Of Characteristic Small Town From The Perspective Of Urban Cultural Integration

At present,the characteristics of small town construction in is in full swing across the country,it has become a booster of the industrial development and urbanization,as a new thing,has drawn great attention of the domestic experts and scholars,has become the current hot topics in the study of theory and practice.But because of the characteristics of domestic town development started relatively late,the domestic academic circles for "town" in the city cultural fusion system theory research is still scarce,will produce city town,based on much of humanity and characteristics,not build a system based on the comparison between production city humanism comprehensive index system to measure the characteristics of small town construction and development situation,less from the perspective of city cultural fusion production level evaluation to the development of characteristic town.And the evaluation on the development of characteristic town from the perspective of humanities ",the "city,can fill the characteristics of small town in the city cultural fusion evaluation index system in the field of vacancies,can enrich the theory of characteristic construction of small town development.Based on this,this article first from production,city and town,under the perspective of text integration feature definition,combined with the characteristics of small town’s related concept,classification,domestic and foreign related research theory,scholars and experts to determine the characteristics of small town in the city under the perspective of cultural integration evaluation index.Then USES the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(quantificating,respectively from the industrial development,urban construction,people-oriented,cultural development and scientific and technological innovation in the five Angle structure hierarchical structure model,and on the basis of the established index system design expert questionnaire,through the questionnaire method to obtain the relative important degree between each target,and calculate the weight of each index of different kinds of characteristic town.Then in view of the characteristics of small town development indicators for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine level of town,is the type of the third industry characteristic town as an example,this paper select anhui hefei sanhe town and zhejiang jiashan Chinese man for empirical analysis.Finally,the development strategy of the characteristic town in the view of the integration of industry and city culture is put forward.Second,we will improve policies and regulations and strengthen scientific planning.Third,we should put people first and strengthen humanistic care.Fourth,we should explore cultural connotations and highlight cultural connotations.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the future development and construction of our characteristic small towns in the integration of industry and culture.
