At present,in addition to investment from leading economic and technological countries such as Japan,the United States,and Europe,emerging countries in the Asia-Pacific region have also actively joined the economic boom in the optoelectronics industry.China has included optoelectronic technologies in the national-level strategic plan.In addition,in recent years,the threshold for the new OTC Markrt system has been low,and the market system has been continuously developed and improved,leading some companies to invest in a series of capital activities.Therefore,how to uphold the objective and fair attitude to the effective evaluation of the value of photovoltaic companies has become the significance of this study.This study found that there are many differences between optoelectronics companies and traditional companies in the value composition,the source of value in the development stage,and in particular,the optoelectronics companies themselves as a high-tech company-specific company.Therefore,in the course of researching the literature,it is found that the traditional value evaluation methods such as cash flow discount method,economic value added method,real option method and other value evaluation methods cannot adapt to the characteristics of photoelectric companies.Therefore,this paper aims to determine a unique and effective value evaluation system for the uniqueness and value composition of optoelectronic companies.This leads to the BP neural network evaluation model of this paper,in order to solve the photovoltaic company's value evaluation so that relevant decision-makers can provide a kind of value evaluation reference and reference.This article mainly evaluates the main line of the company's value in three different stages of development.Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of the photoelectric company and the main part of the value component.Secondly,it discusses the value influencing factors based on system theory combined with the photoelectric life theory.Finally,it adopts the matlab program to construct genetics.Improved BP artificial intelligence model for value evaluation.First of all,the introduction of the first part is an overall summary of the whole research background,meaning and purpose of the whole article.The current research status is summarized through two aspects: the evaluation of company value and the status quo of BP neural network at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the development status of photoelectric companies,analyzes the characteristics of photoelectric companies and the limitations of the current literature on the value evaluation method of high-tech companies,introduces the new concept BP neural network based on the limitations of traditional evaluation methods,and analyzes the photoelectric companies.Applicability to value evaluation.Thirdly,it analyzes the photoelectric company's value sources including quantity accumulation and qualitative leap phase;analyzes the company's actual business and potential capabilities in the value component;and analyzes the factors affecting the growth phase of the optoelectronic industry according to the system theory and the life cycle.To lay the foundation for model application parameters.Finally,empirically testing selected sample companies and comparing the evaluation results with the standard model and the optimization model,it is concluded that the relative optimization of the neural network error is relatively small;secondly,according to the model,the importance of the variables is analyzed to analyze the contribution of the company's value.Degree,and according to the degree of the size of the order;using the traditional mainstream evaluation model comparison analysis of prediction results.Analyze the empirical findings and the problems found in the empirical process,and put forward relevant policy proposals as well as the deficiencies in the article research process.
