Research On The Collaborative Innovation System Of New Industrialization And Urbanization In Guizhou Province From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

In the history of human economic development,industrialization and urbanization are the powerful boosters of economic growth.Although the connotation and role of industrialization and urbanization are different,but the relationship between them is not general.Industrialization is a powerful engine for the development of urbanization,and urbanization is the cradle of industrialization development.Since the new era,China's GDP steady growth,but the ecological environment has been deteriorating,resulting in the direct harm to the traditional industrialization and urbanization development has been a great situation and constraints.Therefore,the state proposes to use new industrialization and new urbanization to change the mode of economic development,green and harmonious development,so that economic growth and development become sustainable.However,the development of new industrialization and urbanization has a synchronous and asynchronous way,synchronous development will make the two promote each other.However,once the two are not synchronized development,that is,a former lag,another lag,it will hinder the economic development.Therefore,we should think that the appropriate intervention can develop together,so as to achieve the purpose of economic development.Guizhou province is located in the southwest hinterland of China.The province is rich in natural resources,and the development conditions are good.However,it is still in a prominent area of Karst landform.Soil erosion and rocky desertification are serious,and the ecological environment is very fragile.The economic development is lagging behind and the poverty is widespread,which belongs to the underdeveloped areas in china.Since the last century,the development of Guizhou's economy has been at the expense of the ecological environment,resulting in the interaction between the ecological environment and poverty problems,making the ecological environment worse and worse,the problem of poverty is becoming more and more serious.Ecological civilization is the summation of material and spiritual achievements that follows the objective law of the harmonious development of man,nature and society.It is also the basic form of social harmony,all-round development and sustained prosperity.The nineteen report of the party takes the ecological civilization construction as our country's Millennium plan.How to from the perspective of ecological civilization,to change the traditional mode of economic development,promoting new industrialization and urbanization coordinated development,in order to achieve sustainable economic development in Guizhou Province,Guizhou people's urgent development and prosperity of the desire to live a happy life vision,is the current urgent problem.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly discusses the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods of the paper.At the same time,it also expounds the research status at home and abroad,specifically combing the domestic new industrialization,new urbanization,the coordinated development of the two relevant research status,as well as the foreign ecological civilization,the new industrialization and urbanization of the status quo.And a brief review of the current status of research at home and abroad.Finally,the main points and shortcomings of this paper are put forward.The second part mainly expounds the concept of ecological civilization,and the connotation of the new industry and urbanization and collaborative innovation system,and expounds some related theoretical basis.The third part is the analysis of the status quo,mainly from the development of new industrialization in Guizhou and the status quo of the development of new urbanization in Guizhou separately,and combing the development of ecological civilization combing.The fourth part is the empirical study of this paper,mainly from the degree of relevance,synergy,and the conclusion of the empirical study of three small blocks to discuss.From the point of view of correlation analysis,the paper mainly uses the international standard value method IU and NU ratio to detect the lag of the new industrialization and urbanization,and then uses Liu and Lnu to detect the lag degree.From the analysis of the synergy degree of second small blocks,the entropy method is used to calculate the weights,and the degree of synergy between the new industrialization and urbanization is detected by the synergy degree model.Finally,the conclusion of the empirical research is expounded.The fifth part is based on the conclusions of empirical research and combined with the actual development of Guizhou Province,it puts forward the system of synergy innovation of Guizhou's new industrialization and urbanization under the background of ecological civilization.
