| At present,the development of enterprises is more and more affected by the problem of employee turnover.In the face of increasingly fierce competition pressure,enterprises can only survive in the cruel market competition only by strengthening their own production and management.This is also invisible to the staff to cause certain pressure,such as the task of aggravation,the improvement of work standards,and so on.The increasing working pressure often causes employees to feel tired physically and mentally.If the period is allowed to develop,employees will start thinking about leaving.This kind of thinking is turnover intention.Turnover intention is the last step of turnover,and once this tendency occurs,it is possible to pay the turnover action.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention and to effectively prevent and reduce employee turnover behavior.Research on the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention has made many research achievements both at home and abroad,which confirms the negative effect of job burnout on turnover intention.However,less job satisfaction is used as an intermediary variable,and the impact of job burnout dimensions on turnover intention is analyzed.Therefore,this article through empirical analysis method focuses on the occupation burnout of the "feelings,with the disintegration of personality,loss of sense of achievement" three dimensions,influence on the turnover intention,and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between occupation burnout and turnover intention.This paper studies the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of the production employees in private enterprises,taking the production employees of private enterprises as the research object.In the study,the author takes job burnout as an independent variable and turnover intention as a dependent variable,and introduces job satisfaction as a mediator to study the relationship between the three variables.First,the paper introduces the research theories related to job burnout,turnover intention and job satisfaction,and further discusses the relationship between variables and measurement methods.Then,the relevant assumptions of this paper are put forward,and then the questionnaire is designed by citing the related scientific scale,and the distribution and recovery are carried out on the spot.Then,using the SPSS19.0 software to the questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive data analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect analysis,then come to the conclusion:(1)negative correlation between occupation burnout and three specific dimensions and job satisfaction are(2);job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between occupation burnout and turnover intention;(3)occupation burnout and turnover intention was positively related.At the end of this article,the author combines the results of empirical analysis put forward to reduce the production of private enterprise employee occupation burnout,reduce turnover intention: attention to enterprise culture construction,through the strengthening of material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual culture construction,and strive to achieve the "cultural person";to strengthen the scientific management of enterprises,through the establishment of the implementation of the "work the quota system,the implementation of the" standard "management,matching and flow mechanism,carry out occupation planning production staff to establish the position,so as to promote the" industrial harmony ";pay attention to employee human differences,differentiated management through the establishment of the humanistic management concept and objective assessment of employee needs,the establishment of a multi-level incentive and punishment do people" policy mechanism "... |
