With the continuous innovation of technology and the high transparency of network informatization,the competition between enterprises has already shifted from external conditions,such as the original products,technologies and resources,to the competition of internal conditions of enterprises,such as the cultural concept and talent advantages of enterprises.For the securities industry,talent advantage is more difficult to control than corporate culture,because the securities industry is directly affected by financial market fluctuations,with large uncertainties and long industry downturn.In recent years,the turnover rate of the industry has not been less than 15%,which is even worse under the impact of the epidemic.And the healthy development of the securities market is to ensure the vitality of the national economy,is also the premise to promote enterprise reform,because it provides huge funds for the development of national economy,and played the role of effective rational allocation of resources,so we must take effective measures to promote the healthy development of the securities market.Many studies have proved that if the resignation tendency is not effectively controlled by the organization,it will directly induce the resignation behavior of employees.This will directly lead to the negative results such as increased labor costs,the emergence of employee turnover ethos and core business theft,which will lay hidden dangers for the healthy development of the securities industry.Therefore,it is of practical significance to analyze the influence mechanism of employees of securities companies.first,This article sorted out the interview outline of employee turnover tendency through combing the previous literature;next,All the employees of B Securities Company who worked before the master’s degree were selected as the research object for interview,Collect the interview data,Combined with the past literature to extract the independent variables,Communication satisfaction,And to find the intermediary variables of turnover tendency and communication satisfaction,Job burnout;Later,combining the interview results and past literature to propose hypotheses and establish research models,The questionnaire survey was conducted with the employees of B Securities Company as the survey object,A total of 339 valid questionnaires were collected;last,The recovered data were analyzed with the help of the analysis tools AMOS and SPSS.Finally,the conclusion of this study:satisfaction with overall organizational information and job burnout;There are significant negative effects between satisfaction of personal feedback and burnout;There is a significant negative effect in the three dimensions of upward communication satisfaction and job burnout;There is a significant negative effect between the satisfaction of communication atmosphere and job burnout;The four dimensions of communication satisfaction have significant negative effects between employees and the tendency to leave jobs;There was a positive correlation between the three dimensions of job burnout and the turnover tendency;Job burnout plays an intermediary role between the four dimensions of communication satisfaction and employee tendency to leave,Finally,according to the results of empirical research,suggestions are put forward for the turnover tendency of employees of B Securities Company,At the same time,it provides an important reference significance for the management of the securities industry or other industry branches.
